In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with n899. The creation or operation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n899 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. n899 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Withdrawal Processing

Funds Held on Trust

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international Test matches, ODIs, T20 internationals, and other sporting events, are offered subject to applicable event rules. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on event progress. n899 will clearly indicate where live betting is available on any given market.

Void Bets and Technical Errors

n899 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: obvious pricing error where odds are clearly incorrect relative to true market rates; technical malfunction of platform software that affects the integrity of a bet or game; where there is credible evidence that an event result has been manipulated; or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n899 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Chargebacks on legitimate deposit transactions;

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude n899's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
